Order Policies
Placing an Order
To place an order on our website, please use our secure on-line shopping basket and enter your credit card or Paypal information. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders by mail. We do not currently have a catalog available.
Shipping/Order Alerts
Please make sure to check the top of the "Shipping" page at the time you place your order. Important and time sensitive shipping and order alerts will be placed on this page. If at any point in time we are experiencing shipping delays, this information will be posted on this page.
P.O.Boxes
Unfortunately UPS Ground shipping is all we offer at this time and they do not ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses. Orders submitted with PO Box addresses for shipping may result in the package being returned undeliverable. Should this occur you have the option to have the package reshipped to a physical street address for an additional $9.95 reshipping fee or we can cancel/refund the order once it is received back to our warehouse minus a 20% restocking fee.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal through our secure on-line checkout process. Credit cards are charged at the time of purchase. We charge at the time of purchase in order to protect ourselves in the event of insufficient credit line or funds. By charging at the time of purchase, this also allows us to safely accept debit cards. If an item is not available, or is cancelled for any other reason after the time of purchase, the amount will be refunded to the card immediately.
Sales Tax
MyNursingUniforms.com does not currently charge sales tax in any state except Texas. The current tax rate applied to all Texas orders is 8.25%.
Shipping Cost
Always free shipping when your order totals more than $99 Shipping UPS Ground. A flat rate fee of $9.95 will be applied to orders under $50 and a flat rate fee of $14.95 will be applied to orders over $50 unless you qualify for free shipping on $99 or more. Multiple Manufacturer Handling Charge
When you order from MyNursingUniforms.com, the items are shipped directly to you from the manufacturers’ warehouses. If multiple manufacturers are involved, there is a $5.00 charge for each additional manufacturer. Landau and Urbane ship from the same warehouse. Dickies, Cherokee & BabyPhat ship from the same warehouse as well. Ordering over $79 will eliminate all UPS ground shipping costs AND multiple manufacturer surcharges.
Shipping Times
Orders generally ship within 1-3 business days after your order is placed (this does not include weekends or holidays). If your order is placed late on Friday afternoon, it will begin processing on Monday, or the next business day after a holiday. Shipping time can also depend on styles and availability, with certain items occasionally taking up to a week to ship. In the event of a long delay, we'll contact you and let you know. We regret that we cannot accept any special requests for shipping- for example "Please leave package inside screen door" - all deliveries are at UPS's discretion and we are not able to add individual requests to packages.
Delivery Schedule
UPS Ground Shipping generally takes no more than 5-7 business days, anywhere in the United States, unless there is an address error or weather conditions. Please be very careful to enter your address exactly, including apartment numbers. To get a general estimate of how long it will take your items to arrive from our Texas or California warehouses

This can vary, and unfortunately we cannot guarantee that any order will arrive on any specific date. Sometimes, due to item availability, your items may arrive before or after this estimated time frame.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from MyNursingUniforms.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Tracking Orders
We will provide you with a tracking number via email when your order has shipped. In the event that 7 or more business days have passed since you ordered and you have not received a tracking number, you may contact us at info@mynursinguniforms.com and request your tracking number.
Partial Shipments
If you just received your order, and all of your ordered items are not included, please be patient. We often pack and ship orders that contain several items in separate boxes. Occasionally, the packages arrive on different days, even if we shipped them at the same time with the same tracking number. Items may arrive separately if shipped from different warehouse locations.
Backordered Items
Occasionally items will be back ordered, though usually for no more than 10 business days. In the event of a back order, we will try to notify you before your order ships. There may be instances where a partial order will ship, and you will receive part of your order before you are informed that other items are on back order. If you receive a partial shipment, please be patient. Your items may be on back order, or they may be in transit to you. If your items are on back order we will contact you with an expected date of shipment. We cannot guarantee that items will always return to stock by the expected date- occasionally items will be further delayed. We reserve the right to cancel back ordered items and credit your account if an item will be out of stock for an extended length of time, or if an item unexpectedly sells out permanently.
International Shipping
We do not ship internationally at this time. Orders must be shipped to a valid physical address within the 48 Continental United States (excludes Alaska/Hawaii).
Shipping Confirmation Emails
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your UPS Tracking Number. You can track your package at www.UPS.com.
Canceling and Modifying Orders
Please carefully check your quantities, sizes, and colors before placing your order. We cannot allow any modifications or cancellations of orders once they have been placed. The exception is in the event that your order has back ordered items. If an item is back ordered, you may request that it be cancelled, and we will cancel and refund your card unless the item has entered the shipping process or already shipped.
Returns and Exchanges
We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. Nevertheless, rest assured that you can return any non-clearance (clearance items may have -clr as part of the style # or the item description will state Close-Out - these items are non-returanble) item for any reason or no reason as long as you have a return authorization. We want you to be 100% happy with the nursing uniforms your order from us.
Return and Exchange Policy
Return Criteria
In order to return an item, the item must be in original, unwashed, unworn condition, with the tags still attached. Returns must be sent back with the original packing slip, and the return authorization number typed or printed clearly on the packing slip. That's it! If you don't like the color, or the size isn't just right, or if you just changed your mind, you can send it back, no questions asked!
Please note, if an item is sent back to us that is not in original condition (e.g. tags not attached, washed, worn) we cannot accept it for return, and we cannot guarantee that it can be returned to you.
Due to hygienic and sanitary reasons, stethoscopes are not returnable once opened.
Return Authorization
In order to return an item, please visit our site and click on the "Request a Return" link. Your return must be received within 30 days of your delivery date.
Please input the requested information that pertains to your order so that a return authorization number and return address can be provided. If you are returning items from multiple orders please request a return authorization number for each individual order separately.
We will issue a return authorization for any reason; however, we absolutely WILL NOT accept unauthorized returns. Returns that are sent back without an authorization number, or are not sent to the correct Return Center address, will not be returned to you, and your account will not be credited, no exceptions will be made.
Exchanges
Currently, we cannot offer item-for-item exchanges. This is mainly due to the fact that most orders are fulfilled and shipped to customers directly from the manufacturer's warehouse. We suggest that if you would like to exchange an item for another, you reorder the items you would like to receive from the website, then request a return authorization for the products in which you wish to return. Once your return is received and processed, we will credit your account.
Note: When reordering the exchange items, please review your original order confirmation to obtain your reorder coupon code. This code will give you a 5% discount that will help offset your return freight cost.
Returning or Exchanging a Gift
We cannot credit anyone other than the original credit card holder in the event of a return. If you have received an item as a gift, and you would like to return it, you have two options. You can contact the person who gave you the gift, and have them arrange a return, or you can contact us directly with the original order number of your item, or name of the person who purchased it for you, and we can issue you a return authorization. Once the items are received, we can issue you a store credit for the purchase price of the items returned.
Returning an Incorrect or Defective Item
We pride ourselves in having high quality merchandise, and we always do our best to fill your orders accurately, however occasionally defects and mistakes will occur. If there is a defect in your order, or an item is shipped to you incorrectly, please let us know right away. We will reorder the correct items for you, and send them out as soon as possible at no extra charge. If we determine that the error was ours, we will also credit your account for shipping charges to send the incorrect items back to us.
Please note: We regret that occasionally Dickies Nursing Uniforms can have slight differences in color, even in items that are the same color code. We cannot take responsibility for this issue. You are welcome to return items if there are some differences in color; however, we regret that we will not be able to cover the shipping costs in these cases.
Return Processing Times
Returns are typically processed in the order they are received. We appreciate your patience and ask that you allow approximately 2-3 weeks before you begin to panic. If you email us at info@mynursinguniforms.com with your RA# and the return tracking number used to send us the package we can inquire with the returns department on the current status of your package. Oh, and make sure you read our return policy!
